This is a split face block building we recently completed. We power washed it, let it dry and returned to fill the voids with caulking and painted over the current elastomeric coating that was still intact but the color had faded and was not to the customers liking. We sprayed a high quality latex paint in a satin finish which will provide several years of color retention and protection to the substrate.
The doors and trim on a commercial space need to have a very durable product to withstand the
frequent use. We sprayed a direct to metal latex product that has test proven results, in superior durability, resistance to scuffing and excellent resistance to fading from the hot summer sun.
